White Supremacy at Work

This session explores how white supremacist violence functions in professional spaces. Using the framework of The Wizard of Oz, participants will examine how power hides behind performance, fear, and illusion. We’ll identify the historical ties between capitalism and white supremacy and the ways productivity, urgency, individualism, and hierarchy perpetuate harm in the workplace and other spaces of hierarchical power.
