Whimsical Mommy & Me Pole Event

For Women’s History Month and On Muvas’ DC’s first resurgence back into community since having gained 501c3 status and expanding our capacity, we will be hosting a Mommy & Me Pole and Yoga event for the sex work, mom, and pole communities where there is so much overlap. The event will consist of bonding activities between mother and child, mother and community, child and community, and mother and self. The event highlights the basic tenets of mutual aid through provision, allowing moms and kids to be invited into a “third space” to just spent time with one another. The event being housed at Zenergy Pole & Yoga is a testament to pole community supporting what and who matters.
