Social Connection and Nonviolent Communication in the Workplace

For the first hour and a half you’ll practice skills that foster trust and empathy, learn the benefits of social connection, brainstorm ideas for increasing social connection at work and understand how to strategically increase social connection in the workplace.

For the second hour and a half you’ll learn a compassionate communication methodology to understand ourselves and others more fully as well as better transform conflicts, and thus, cultivating more collaborative relationships.
