Housing for All: A Housing Initiative for Women & LGBTQ+ Returning Citizens

Join us on August 29 at 6pm ET for a virtual panel discussion on the barriers to housing for formerly incarcerated people and others impacted by the criminal legal system.

Housing for women and/or LGBTQ+ people who are returning citizens is the biggest barrier to successful reentry. 15% of returning citizens experience homelessness in their first year of reentry. Having a home of one’s own is paramount to successful reentry.

WSFM’s housing program breaks down barriers to quality housing for returning citizens, creates stability and reduces recidivism.
