Conflict Transformation

It is inevitable that you will be around others (family, work, romance, govt.) with whom you have fundamental disagreements. Very little is accomplished in the world if this is not true. This fun and challenging workshop helps establish a platform for building and maintaining healthy relationships and address conflict when it arises. Learn techniques that give people a chance to speak and be heard when tensions are high, understand each other in a meaningful way, and support others in working to transform the internal and external conditions that led to the conflict. Different perspectives on healthy engagement of conflict based on various styles will be shared and discussed with the larger group.
