What is Authentic Relating?

Authentic Relating (AR) is a practice centered around creating meaningful and genuine connections between individuals. Through a series of guided activities and games, participants engage in open, honest, and vulnerable interactions. These activities are designed to foster a deeper understanding of oneself and others, promoting empathy, active listening, and mutual respect.  The evening will focus on supporting change makers and activists allowing you to recharge, as well as be seen, be heard and be understood for the unique and powerful person you are.

Authentic Relating activities often include structured conversations, partner exercises, and group games that encourage participants to express their true thoughts and feelings. The goal is to move beyond superficial interactions and cultivate a space where individuals can connect on a deeper, more personal level.
