We’re celebrating 5 YEARS since the 2020 uprisings for abolition and Black liberation — meaning 5 years in our community, 5 years doing mutual aid work, and 5 years building a world beyond policing and prisons each and every week. And we will be back to celebrate our determination where it all started, on Black Lives Matter Plaza.

We are calling on the collective memory and remembrance of our people. George Floyd, and the work of Justice sought in his name, MUST live forever. Aid us in sharing the stories they will leave to the margins of the history books. This is for the 92%. This is for the inside abolitionists. This is for the “retired” activists. We invite you to a new Dawn of Black power movement, centering our joy and our resilience at the forefront.
